Growth Operations Apprentice

Location: Paris, France; hybrid workplace with work from home up to 2 days per week

What you will do

• Configure API integrations connecting Salesforce, Segment, Braze, Meta, marketing tools, and other systems.
• Build data enrichment flows that provide Sales teams with actionable prospect insights.
• Own website tracking and tagging for paid acquisition campaigns.
• Use SQL and Python or JavaScript, supported by AI tools, to turn raw data into business insights.
• Investigate recurring infrastructure issues and implement solutions that improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape scalable integrations and reliable data flows.

Requirements

• Comfortable with at least two of SQL, JavaScript, and Python.
• Understanding of APIs and an interest in connecting different systems.
• Currently studying software engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Ability to use AI tools productively while critically evaluating their output.
• English required for everyday work and communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
