Data Director - Ketchapp (Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead data analytics activities across games at different stages, from soft launch to live operations.
• Gather requirements from game, user acquisition, monetization, SDK, and engineering teams and deliver tailored analyses and visualizations.
• Define and manage the data analytics roadmap according to studio priorities and business needs.
• Collaborate with data engineering to specify data sources, optimize data flows, automate dashboards, and ensure data quality.
• Manage and mentor team members while promoting analytical best practices.
• Develop a data-driven culture by training teams to use data tools and interpret insights.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a data analyst in the video game industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with a data visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Cloud experience, ideally with Azure.
• Ability to conduct analysis and present insights to clients and senior management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; the role is office-based in Saint-Mandé, France.
