What you will do

• Lead, develop, and engage an A400M production team as part of the management team.
• Manage delivery against time, quality, cost, and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across production activities.
• Ensure effective communication with the team and key interfaces.
• Build a competent and engaged workforce in a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of A400M and manufacturing process tools such as SAP, SIPLA, and TLB.
• Office attendance is required.
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in changing environments.

• Experience managing teams.
