Fuselage S19 Industrial Tooling & Robotics (Temp Agency)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; on-site manufacturing, commissioning, and shop-floor support are required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end industrialization of new industrial means, tooling, machines, measurement systems, and automated robotic solutions.
• Own technical solutions and coordinate requirements across manufacturing engineering, production, health and safety, ergonomics, engineering, quality, logistics, and related functions.
• Develop concepts and modifications using CATIA V5 and GD&T analysis to ensure functionality, maintainability, quality, and production rates.
• Create technical specifications, lead supplier tenders, evaluate suppliers, and manage acquisition milestones including KOM, PDR, CDR, CISS, CIPS, and THO.
• Manage planning, proposals, CapEx, budgets, delivery, commissioning, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and supplier performance.
• Support maintenance and production teams, concurrence engineering, and first use of delivered equipment on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Degree in aeronautical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Advanced English for work in a multicultural environment.
• Advanced CATIA V5 knowledge and programming experience in C#.
• Adaptability to new topics, new business areas, and network-based collaboration.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, integrity, reliability, and quality.

Nice to have

• Automotive industry experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
