Industrial Means Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; on-site manufacturing environment

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end industrialization of new industrial means, including tools, machines, measurement systems, and autonomous systems.
• Define concepts and modifications that meet requirements for production rates, usability, maintainability, and quality.
• Create CAD concepts and GD&T analyses using CATIA V5.
• Prepare technical specifications, manage tenders, and technically evaluate and select suppliers.
• Manage acquisition milestones, budgets, CapEx, planning, and supplier delivery for time, cost, and quality.
• Commission new manufacturing and assembly stations and provide shop-floor support, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Programming knowledge in C# and advanced CATIA V5 skills.
• Ability to work adaptably on new topics and collaborate across Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Safety, Ergonomics, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and related functions.
• Availability to work on site in the Getafe area, Spain.

• Automotive industry experience.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
