Supplier Development Manager M/F (Aerospace)

Location: Toulouse, France, with frequent travel and up to 90% on-site work at supplier facilities

What you will do

• Intervene directly at supplier facilities to deploy crisis management methods and secure delivery schedules.
• Diagnose organizational and procedural weaknesses and execute targeted quality and supply chain improvement plans.
• Conduct industrial robustness, production capacity, and capability audits across suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and process control.
• Coach executive supplier management teams and lead strategic supplier transformation projects.

Requirements

• Academic background in engineering, supply chain management, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial crisis management, capacity auditing, and supplier performance recovery.
• Advanced mastery of Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and quality tools.
• High autonomy and strong leadership skills for influencing executive stakeholders.
• Negotiation-level English is required for international deployments.
• Security clearance is required, or eligibility for clearance by the recognized authorities.
