Category Manager - Facilities and Professional Services

What you will do

• Understand business needs and challenges across the Facilities and Professional Services category.
• Monitor market dynamics, supplier ecosystems, competitive intelligence, and long-term supplier relationships.
• Define and roll out global procurement strategies, sourcing levers, supplier panel plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate strategy execution with procurement directors, buyers, suppliers, internal customers, and other stakeholders.
• Support high-stakes negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Build and lead a network of buyers while monitoring savings, spend coverage, supplier performance, and category KPIs.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Buyer or Category Manager in Facilities and Professional Services, General Expenses, or Indirect Procurement.
• Experience developing global procurement strategies and a comprehensive understanding of the procurement function.
• Fluent English is required. French is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, rigor, and business acumen.
• Clear communication, interpersonal skills, influencing ability, and a collaborative approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
