Responsable Planning et Service Clients F/H (Supply Chain)

Location: Chassieu, Rhône, France; full-time onsite role

hirify.global's Electrification Smart Power division develops and markets solutions for the protection and management of electrical power. The Chassieu plant is a competence center specializing in the design and production of contactors, serving international industrial markets.

What you will do

• Lead demand forecasting and coordinate the S&OP process to support product availability and reliable production plans.
• Oversee production planning and ensure component supply.
• Define and optimize inventory management strategy to balance financial performance and customer service quality.
• Manage customer support operations from order processing through resolution of requests and disputes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on process performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and support the planning and customer service teams in an international environment.

Requirements

• Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or an equivalent field.
• Significant experience in an international industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in demand planning, supply chain, S&OP, and inventory management.
• Previous successful experience managing a team.
• Knowledge of operational performance indicators and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English is required for working in an international context.
