Senior Agent Product Manager, LSP (Amsterdam)

Location: Amsterdam, with significant onsite work at customer locations and flexibility to travel

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, deployment, adoption, and expansion of hirify.global products within strategic logistics service provider accounts.
• Work onsite with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs to understand their operations, workflows, and customer relationships.
• Translate customer and operational insights into product priorities, requirements, prototypes, and measurable success metrics.
• Improve outcomes such as shipment clearance speed, compliance cost, holds, detentions, and new revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Technical Account Managers, Enterprise Product, and Public Sector Product teams to create coherent workflows across shippers, LSPs, and governments.
• Collaborate with engineers and customer IT teams on APIs, EDI, ETL/ELT, integrations, and AI-assisted product discovery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience and a track record of shipping B2B products for enterprise customers.
• Experience with data-intensive, API-driven, workflow, platform, or integration products.
• Technical fluency with APIs, EDI, ETL/ELT, JSON, and integration architecture.
• Strong customer discovery, design partnership, pilot, and outcome-tracking experience.
• Ability to work directly with customers onsite and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Strong focus on user experience, product adoption, and continuous iteration.

Nice to have

• Experience in forward-deployed, solutions, or customer-embedded product roles.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products and converting model outputs into confident user decisions.
• Exposure to logistics, freight, customs, trade compliance, or supply chain technology.
• Experience with marketplaces, networks, or multi-party workflows with competing stakeholder incentives.
