Technician I Monitoring Service (HVACR)

Location: Hybrid, Quezon City, Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Monitor and diagnose refrigeration and HVAC alarms according to customer service-level agreements.
• Analyze alarm history and graphs to determine whether to contact customers, hold alarms, or disregard them.
• Communicate alarm information through calls and email, document interactions, and escalate issues when required.
• Confirm and update completed work orders and dispatch service requests according to customer procedures.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, including support for Basic, Resolution, and Smart Dispatch Food Retail customers.
• Conduct customer surveys and identify opportunities to improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Four-year degree graduate or associate graduate of a two-year course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; customer service or related experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and basic-to-intermediate Excel.
• Ability to work independently in an environment with constantly shifting demands.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, and to render overtime when operational needs require.
• Must support and comply with the company's hybrid work policy.
