What you will do

• Coordinate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Gather client requirements, clarify project details, and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Manage resources, implementation activities, testing, documentation, training, and status reporting.
• Track project schedules, costs, scope changes, performance, and progress toward short- and long-term goals.
• Communicate project updates and present schedules, statuses, solutions, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Support risk management and escalate issues to management when required.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with employees at all organizational levels, suppliers, and external customers.
• Strong ethical values, integrity, and personal accountability for achieving goals and standards.
