Non-Technical Project/Program Management (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support project and program objectives, including outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning.
• Help deliver projects according to product and process specifications, budgets, resource plans, and schedules.
• Document project, program, and process development activities and share information with relevant functional teams.
• Support compliance with policies covering engineering and laboratory notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
• Study new technologies and support data collection for materials and financial resources.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and the ability to apply this knowledge to assigned work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Ability to work in a clean-room environment and use required personal protective equipment when necessary.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, and tolerate noise; use of hand and power tools may be required.
