Weekend Shift Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Byesville, Ohio, United States; in-person work required. Weekend shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.; training on first shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Heating & Cooling Products manufactures and distributes sheet metal HVAC products, including pipe, duct, and fittings, as part of hirify.global’s Flex-Tek Division.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during the weekend shift to meet production goals.
• Lead shift meetings, assign and rotate workstations, and approve shift paperwork, timecards, and production sheets.
• Manage schedules, attendance, performance, training, payroll-related records, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor quality control and adjust production activities to ensure products meet specifications.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions and optimize production efficiency.
• Enforce safety procedures, investigate and report accidents, and maintain a safe and clean plant environment.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in a supervisory position, preferably in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.
• Proficiency with computer systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to commute to Byesville, Ohio and work in person on the weekend shift.
