Team Lead Operations (m/w/d)

What you will do

• Lead, assess, coach, and develop employees through structured training plans.
• Set priorities and allocate resources to meet operational deadlines.
• Identify and correct deviations and participate in investigations and improvement projects.
• Ensure operational safety and GMP compliance.
• Compare cross-company process steps, relationships, and dependencies to improve efficiency.
• Manage shift handovers and inspections, and create, maintain, and update instruction manuals.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a shift team leader, deputy, or system specialist in organic production.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production processes, systems, and process interrelationships in a large production area.
• Experience installing and handling manufacturing plants and coordinating resources and work processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
