Technical Service & Development Engineer for Sealing Solutions in Semiconductor Industry (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Provide technical support to semiconductor and chemical process industry customers across the region.
• Identify and develop new applications for Kalrez® perfluoroelastomer parts.
• Support product specifications at OEMs, fabs, strategic end users, institutes, and technical working groups.
• Coordinate product performance analyses, corrective actions, competitive evaluations, data packages, and new test development.
• Conduct customer training, seminars, webinars, conferences, fairs, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, custom parts, R&D, and operations teams on new product and application development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in semiconductor engineering, microelectronics, or microsystems.
• Strong semiconductor industry experience with fabs and/or OEMs and knowledge of sealing solutions.
• Application engineering experience or a strong interest in customer-facing technical work.
• Ability to travel independently for more than 70 days per year.
• Fluent English and German required.
• Experience with design and simulation, ISO 9001 quality systems, or rubber technology is beneficial.
