Sr. Enterprise Systems Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture of lead engineering services for intake, validation, enrichment, deduplication, and routing.
• Build and harden AWS serverless services using Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
• Design data models in DynamoDB and Snowflake and maintain strong SQL-based analytics workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce, Marketo, Google, Floodlight, LinkedIn, and Meta conversion-tracking flows.
• Develop and troubleshoot the Personalization Engine, including webhook and draft-generation pipelines.
• Define technical requirements with platform and business teams, while implementing Terraform, monitoring, alerting, and security controls.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience in MarTech or enterprise systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless services and Terraform/IaC.
• Strong database design experience with DynamoDB and Snowflake, plus strong SQL skills.
• Experience with resilient integrations, identity- and consent-aware data flows, high-throughput pipelines, and operational SLIs/SLOs.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent services, LLM APIs, vector pipelines, or AI-driven enrichment and personalization tools.

Nice to have

• Daily experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience mentoring junior developers in AI coding practices.
