IT Project Manager, CTO's Operating Partner (AI)

Location: Remote - Brazil; availability during US business hours and after-hours availability on short notice required.

What you will do

• Own the Technology portfolio across IT, Security, and Product, tracking initiatives, owners, dates, status, risks, and decisions.
• Run the operating cadence, including leadership agendas and notes, action tracking, executive reporting, budget tracking, and vendor renewal calendars.
• Coordinate vendors, procurement follow-ups, hiring logistics, cross-department requests, and documentation for the CTO.
• Drive follow-through by identifying blockers, escalating risks with recommendations, and closing the loop with stakeholders.
• Use AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes and departmental operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, chief of staff, or technology operations roles supporting a senior technology leader.
• Experience running multi-workstream programs in a work-management tool.
• Advanced spoken and written English at C1+ level or higher is required.
• Strong written communication skills for executive-ready status reports and decision memos.
• Working knowledge of budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, procurement workflows, and sufficient technical literacy to track IT, security, and software work.
• Availability during US business hours and for after-hours requests on short notice.

Nice to have

• Experience running business operations with modern agentic tools such as Grok Bot or Claude Cowork.
