IT Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from Colombia; availability during US business hours and after-hours availability on short notice required.

What you will do

• Own the Technology portfolio across IT, Security, and Product, maintaining initiative owners, dates, statuses, risks, and decisions.
• Run the operating cadence, including leadership agendas, meeting notes, action tracking, vendor and contract renewals, budget tracking, and executive reporting.
• Support the CTO with vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, hiring logistics, cross-department requests, and documentation.
• Drive follow-through by identifying blockers, escalating with recommendations, and closing the loop with stakeholders.
• Use AI technologies and hirify.global’s Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes.
• Track KPIs covering portfolio visibility, CTO workload reduction, action-item completion, reporting cadence, and renewal management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, chief of staff, or technology operations supporting a senior technology leader.
• Experience managing multi-workstream programs in a work-management tool.
• Advanced spoken and written English at C1+ level or higher required.
• Comfort with budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, procurement workflows, and executive reporting.
• Technical literacy sufficient to track IT, security, and software work and ask informed questions.
• Strong follow-up skills and availability during US business hours, with after-hours availability on short notice.

Nice to have

• Experience running business operations with modern agentic tools such as Grok Bot or Claude Cowork.
