Digital Workplace Scripting & Automation Specialist (AI)

The role operates in a large-scale, process-driven enterprise environment focused on Digital Workplace services and operations.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve scripts, integrations, and automation solutions for Digital Workplace services.
• Build API-based integrations and automated workflows across workplace platforms using approved interfaces.
• Create reusable automation components, utilities, and patterns that can be maintained and applied across multiple use cases.
• Automate operational and data-related workflows while maintaining controls, traceability, reliability, and monitoring.
• Implement AI-enabled and agent-based automation where appropriate for agreed use cases.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, security, and operations stakeholders to test, document, and hand over maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong scripting or software-development skills with practical experience building reliable automation, integrations, or operational tools.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, authentication, integration patterns, automated workflows, source control, error handling, logging, testing, and monitoring.
• Experience implementing or supporting AI-enabled automation with attention to responsible use, security, data quality, and human oversight.
• Working knowledge of structured data collection, validation, transformation, and preparation for automation, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, ownership, and stakeholder-collaboration skills in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI agents or agent-based solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, or Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting solutions, or dataset preparation for business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with information management, data governance, lifecycle management, storage management, or ITIL-based service management.
