Software Engineer, Creator (TypeScript/React)

Location: San Mateo, California, United States. Office-based roles are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

Salary: $153,120–$196,750 USD annual base pay. Full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and ship features across configuration, experimentation, and audience segmentation surfaces.
• Develop backend services and the creator-hub web interface using TypeScript and React.
• Own projects end to end, from specification through launch, with support from senior and principal engineers.
• Work with product management, design, DSA/Discovery, and Data Platform to deliver instrumented features.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, testing, monitoring, and the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of industry experience building software systems.
• Comfort working across backend services and web frontend development with TypeScript and React.
• Ability to take features from specification through launch with guidance from senior teammates.
• Clear communication, collaborative working style, and willingness to learn unfamiliar areas.
• For the United States role, candidates must have appropriate United States work authorization; support for certain visa categories and future H-1B sponsorship may not be available.
