Team Lead Finance Analytics

What you will do

• Coordinate, coach, and develop a small team of Controllers within the Finance Hub.
• Establish scalable reporting, data validation, and analytics processes across multiple entities.
• Oversee financial data analysis and deliver accurate, timely, standardized management reporting and dashboards.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business performance drivers.
• Develop standardized ways of working, reporting automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate alignment between HQ Finance and local Finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Finance Analytics, or related fields.
• At least 2–3 years of leadership or project leadership experience.
• Experience in multinational organizations, Shared Service Centers, Global Business Services, or Finance Hubs is highly desirable.
• Experience in finance transformation, process improvement, project management, or consulting-related environments is a plus.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required for communication with international teams.
