Senior Finance Systems Analyst (NetSuite)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work model with office and remote work.

Base salary: €33,000–€63,000 gross per year; total on-target earnings: €36,300–€69,000 including annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Manage Finance Transformation projects end to end, including requirements, budgets, project plans, workshops, implementation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Contribute to the five-year ERP and finance systems roadmap by assessing current capabilities and future needs.
• Support the EPM landscape for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation, including Workday Adaptive Planning and its integration with NetSuite.
• Identify, prototype, and implement responsible AI use cases in Finance, including reconciliations, AP/AR automation, reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Sales Operations, Procurement, FP&A, IT, Security, Legal, vendors, and integration partners to resolve issues and deliver system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, finance, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience with ERP, FP&A, SFDC, or other finance systems, with NetSuite experience required.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite workflows, including P2P, three-way matching, purchase order lifecycle management, and O2C processes.
• Strong project management, workshop facilitation, requirements writing, RFP/RFI preparation, data analysis, and business communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and data warehouse proficiency.
• Curiosity about generative AI and experience using AI tools to automate tasks or improve Finance processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or comparable EPM tools such as Anaplan, Planful, Oracle EPM, or OneStream.
• Knowledge of data privacy, governance, and AI risk considerations.
