Financial Business Partner & Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote from Cyprus, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Portugal, Czechia, Spain, or Europe

What you will do

• Participate in accrual and cash budgeting processes.
• Reconcile accounts with counterparties and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor weekly budget execution, costs, financial performance, and potential risks.
• Manage the full reporting closing cycle for the marketing function.
• Participate in contract approvals from the Finance perspective.
• Provide financial insights and support corrective actions and business decisions.

Requirements

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, plus experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Familiarity with 1C and Asana, strong analytical skills, and experience handling large volumes of financial data.
• Fluent Ukrainian and Intermediate+ English are required.
