Senior Financial Controller

What you will do

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to local management and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor performance, working capital, cash flow drivers, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare financial and operational reports, variance analyses, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other functions to implement corrective actions.
• Improve finance processes through automation, analytics, standardization, and simplification.
• Support project governance, profitability analyses, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and independent-working skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI and SAP is highly desirable.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
