Senior Pre-Sales Engineer (Identity Security)

Location: Remote, USA East Coast; travel up to 50% within the assigned region for onsite customer engagements and partner events.

OTE salary range: $220,000–$250,000.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions and deep-dive discussions with architects, security engineers, and business owners.
• Present and demonstrate the hirify.global platform and its technical differentiators.
• Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements, including scoping, environment configuration, policy building, and executive readouts.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers on complex sales cycles, RFx responses, and technical solution alignment.
• Map authorization use cases to business value, including revenue growth, risk reduction, and agentic AI security.
• Guide integrations with identity providers, IGA and PAM systems, API gateways, and data platforms.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on Identity Security experience in sales engineering, solution architecture, or a similar technical pre-sales role.
• Deep knowledge of PBAC and ABAC, with familiarity with OPA and Rego preferred.
• Proficiency with OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and OAuth 2.0; familiarity with AuthZEN, SPIFFE, and SPIRE is preferred.
• Experience with Linux or Windows, Kubernetes, Helm charts, AWS ECS, RESTful APIs, API gateways, Snowflake, Databricks, and SQL.
• Familiarity with securing AI agents and architectures such as MCP, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and non-human identities.
• Strong presentation, strategic thinking, project management, collaboration, and customer-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

• CISSP or CISA certification.
• AWS or Azure certifications, including AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS AI Practitioner, AZ-900, AI-900, or DP-900.
