Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and end-to-end delivery of financial services features.
• Translate business goals into prioritized product scopes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile squad execution with Engineering and remove delivery blockers.
• Define KPIs, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and drive post-launch improvements.
• Manage dependencies and communication across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Support.
• Conduct user research and map business processes to identify efficiency gains and user friction.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on Product Manager experience, preferably in fintech or high-scale digital products.
• Experience defining success metrics, interpreting analytics, and incorporating user feedback into product decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and comfort discussing technical trade-offs with engineers.
• Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and take accountability for product features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
