Lead Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote, Malaysia; relocation to Kuala Lumpur

Fingular is a fintech group building consumer credit and payment products across emerging markets, including AhaPay and the Aha super app in Malaysia.

What you will do

• Own the information architecture, navigation, search, service discovery, and home-screen governance for the Aha super app.
• Design and optimize onboarding, KYC, first-transaction, cross-sell, and service discovery journeys.
• Map and instrument product funnels, track conversion and adoption, and improve performance using quantitative data.
• Integrate internal products and partner mini-apps using shared SSO, KYC, wallet, checkout, analytics, and UX standards.
• Build non-credit monetization through partner revenue share, merchant services, advertising, subscriptions, premium tiers, and third-party product distribution.
• Lead user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, regulatory product design, and the launch of new services through their first 90 days.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years working on a complex super app with multiple services and cross-sell flows.
• Hands-on experience owning app-level UX architecture and improving funnels with measurable baseline, change, and lift.
• Experience integrating products or partners into shared platforms using SSO, shared KYC, wallets, mini-apps, or APIs.
• Experience shipping non-credit revenue products and applying funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
• Regular user research and usability testing experience, plus experience mentoring or managing at least one PM, designer, or analyst.
• Professional English and native Russian required.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, e-wallets, BNPL, or digital banking in Malaysia or Southeast Asia.
• Working knowledge of Bank Negara Malaysia guidance, the Consumer Credit Act, PDPA, e-money, and payment-system requirements.
• Experience building mini-app platforms or partner ecosystems.
• Strong design sense and familiarity with Figma and design systems.
