Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden — hybrid

hirify.global provides a payment platform covering recurring payments, consumer invoicing, enterprise billing, invoice distribution, and payment resolution.

What you will do

• Lead development of the recipient experience across invoice distribution, email communication, web invoice design, and smart dunning flows.
• Analyze recipient drop-offs, unclicked actions, payment failures, and funnel data to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
• Lead product discovery, define problems with stakeholders, and decide what to ship first.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, and customer success to deliver measurable customer and business value.
• Use AI to automate research and prototyping and improve AI-driven product management practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of documented experience leading product discovery and delivery processes.
• Experience working with customer insights and funnel data to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and commercial teams.
• Experience with high-stakes products involving significant business impact, multiple stakeholders, and limited room for error.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Stockholm.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Swedish.
• Experience in payments, fintech, regulated businesses, enterprise B2B, or a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
