Design Operations and AI Enablement Specialist (AI)

Location: Based in or within commuting distance of a hub in France, Belgium or Spain, with onsite work twice per week. Hubs include Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid and Barcelona. The role is hybrid.

What you will do

• Test AI tools and automations, evaluate their impact, and share effective solutions with the Design & Research community.
• Build skills, agents, automated checks and internal tools that improve efficiency, reliability and quality.
• Maintain and upgrade community tooling while coordinating with platform, agentic and AI tooling teams.
• Improve operating practices, rituals, onboarding, internal communications and knowledge sharing.
• Own the tooling roadmap by identifying opportunities, prioritizing solutions, tracking adoption and measuring quality.

Requirements

• Around four years of experience in operations or enablement, such as design operations, tooling, automation, analytics or program management.
• Hands-on experience replacing repetitive work with automation, internal tools or AI workflows.
• Experience building or testing AI tools, skills, agents or automations with a focus on reliability.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers and determine when production-grade implementation is needed.
• Experience supporting a team or community through onboarding, rituals, events or internal communications.
• Strong English communication and the right to work in the relevant country are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or alongside a design or research team.
• Familiarity with Figma and design systems.
• French language skills.
