TL;DR
AI Engineer (SaaS): Building and deploying AI-powered internal tools, automations, and workflows across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, HR, and Product with an accent on LLM integrations, shared data access, and production reliability. Focus on taking use cases from prototype to monitored deployment, integrating SaaS systems and APIs, and balancing security, scalability, and user adoption.
Location: Antwerp, Flanders, Belgium; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Translate business needs into concrete AI solutions for internal teams.
- Design, build, deploy, and operate AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, HR, and Product to identify and prioritise high-impact use cases.
- Integrate AI capabilities with CRM, support, finance, and other SaaS systems using APIs, scripts, and automation platforms.
- Take increasing technical ownership from prototype through production, monitoring, maintenance, and adoption.
- Apply responsible AI practices, including secure and compliant data use.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience putting LLM-based solutions into production.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and APIs, with coding experience in Python or TypeScript.
- Understanding of testing, monitoring, failure handling, cloud deployment, and solid engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to evaluate multiple AI models, understand their trade-offs, and choose deterministic solutions when appropriate.
- Strong collaboration skills, pragmatic problem-solving, curiosity, and willingness to learn quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft 365, Snowflake, or other SaaS platforms.
- Experience with GTM tools such as Outreach, Clay, or Jiminny.
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or equivalent automation tools.
- Experience with CRM or SaaS APIs and Azure cloud services.
