Product Manager (AI)

Location: 100% remote within France

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map workflows and uncover underlying business challenges.
• Translate customer problems into structured AI solution plans, detailed specifications, and prompt and context architectures.
• Drive end-to-end delivery by prioritizing requirements and managing tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope.
• Manage multiple project-led engagements and keep senior client stakeholders aligned through delivery, reviews, and post-deployment rollouts.
• Represent enterprise users and domain experts while identifying reusable product patterns with the Platform team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles on complex technical products.
• Fluent French for working with users and stakeholders in France.
• Fluent English for daily collaboration with international teams and strong written communication.
• Experience leading consultative enterprise discovery and managing senior stakeholder relationships through complex deliveries.
• Experience defining AI solutions from raw business problems, writing precise specifications, and shipping features under tight timelines.
• Direct experience building with LLMs, including prompt structures, context and output constraints, agentic systems, or model uncertainty.

Nice to have

• Concrete work products involving LLM-powered solutions; certification is less important than demonstrated implementation experience.
