Product Management Senior Expert (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with 2 office days per week. A working-from-abroad policy is available.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision and strategy for a strategic sustainability use case, such as regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience.
• Research customer and competitor solutions, identify product gaps, and define the path from parity to market leadership.
• Engage buyers, program owners, and co-development customers to validate problems, solutions, and product interest.
• Use AI prototyping tools, LLM APIs, and lightweight services to test assumptions and demonstrate working concepts.
• Drive delivery with engineering, product tribes, and squads across multiple areas of the product and platform.
• Partner with strategic use-case leads and commercial teams, while defining success measures and making persist, pivot, or stop decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, including ownership of a meaningful product area end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Technical fluency with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
• AI-native working practices covering discovery, analysis, prototyping, instrumentation, and communication.
• Experience or strong adaptability in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains.
• Strong product framing, communication, decision-making, and cross-squad collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required; English is the primary working language.
