Service Quality Technician (Messaging and Voice)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; 24/7 shift work required

What you will do

• Monitor Messaging and Voice solutions, including SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and Viber, and keep service quality at the expected level.
• Track completion rates, retry rates, deliverability, latency, and customer traffic across existing routes.
• Troubleshoot quality degradation reported by other departments or identified through monitoring.
• Adjust routes and configurations as required and work with providers to resolve service issues.
• Maintain technical knowledge of products, services, tools, and processes.
• Assist with defining and improving service-quality monitoring tools, reports, and alerts.

Requirements

• Minimum high school education, preferably in computer science or an IT-related field.
• Higher education in applied studies or a related faculty is an advantage.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with a reliable and proactive approach.
