Product & Architecture Lead (Quantum Computing)

Location: Remote, associated with Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

What you will do

• Define and manage product requirements, launch plans, and the roadmap for a new capability.
• Own the end-to-end technical architecture, from core building blocks to a customer-ready solution.
• Make build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions and establish the technical direction.
• Lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and packaging to deliver the solution.
• Engage customers, prospects, and partners to incorporate market insight into product and architecture decisions.
• Build relationships with external hardware and equipment partners and track emerging capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with quantum computing technologies and fabrication processes.
• Proven product and/or technical leadership experience with strong technical acumen.
• Ability to understand and make trade-offs within complex systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong organizational skills, independence, and collaborative ability.
• Product management experience driving product vision and architecture is a strong advantage.
• Experience with quantum device physics, cryogenics, control electronics, control software, materials, processes, qubits, or QPUs is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experimental quantum computing experience.
• System architecture experience, preferably in quantum computing.
• Experience in a rapidly growing startup environment.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagement.
