Lead Principle Product Solution Architect - Enterprise (FinTech)

What you will do

• Advise C-suite and senior institutional clients on operating model transformation using SimCorp One.
• Connect front-, middle-, and back-office investment workflows into integrated enterprise solutions.
• Lead cross-domain scoping for complex implementations and define implementation patterns for client archetypes.
• Translate client strategy, market intelligence, and implementation learnings into product and platform recommendations.
• Own standard configurations and reference architectures and help implementation teams deliver consistently across the global client base.
• Represent product leadership in strategic client meetings, pre-sales engagements, and industry forums.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, solution engineering, strategic consulting, or client-facing product roles within institutional investment management platforms.
• Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle across front, middle, and back office.
• Extensive knowledge of institutional asset management workflows, asset classes, regulatory expectations, and operating models.
• Experience working with asset managers, asset owners, sovereign wealth funds, and insurers.
• Ability to engage credibly with C-suite and senior stakeholders and translate strategy into platform capabilities, configurations, and implementation patterns.
• Strong strategic communication skills and experience converting market feedback and competitive intelligence into actionable product recommendations.
