Recruiting Coordinator (2-Year Assignment) (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annual base salary, plus completion bonus, overtime for hours worked over 40 per week, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive the hiring process forward and support a seamless recruiting experience for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with recruiters to execute recruiting workflows and operational processes.
• Use generative AI and technology-enabled tools to support established workflows and improve efficiency, consistency, and deliverables.
• Participate in ad hoc process-improvement initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and project management and facilitation skills.
• Experience following operational guidance, checklists, and controls in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple business units.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly, learn quickly, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort with generative AI and other technology-enabled tools.
