Senior Consultant (Life Sciences/CRM)

What you will do

• Lead workstreams or small teams on consulting and implementation projects.
• Assess business processes and define future-state operating models across commercial functions.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and support end-to-end platform implementations.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage project documentation.
• Support IT and commercial strategy, including CRM optimization and system integration.
• Drive change management through training design, stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, client advising, and sales proposal support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project-based consulting or life sciences roles.
• Hands-on consulting experience with Salesforce, Veeva, and other CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
• Experience facilitating workshops, managing client expectations, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English is required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce or Veeva certifications.
• Experience in global or regulated industries, enterprise platform rollouts, or system integration.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce Effectiveness initiatives, or user adoption strategies.
• Interest in emerging technologies and AI.
