Sr Production Associate

What you will do

• Monitor production environments and perform initial quality control for Italy production processes using Dataview, SQL Analyzer, SharePoint, dashboards, and third-party tools.
• Execute production tasks, quality audits, data management activities, ad hoc requests, and special processing requests.
• Investigate job failures and operational issues, correct problems when possible, and escalate second-level support cases according to established procedures.
• Ensure processes are completed according to the Reference Data Production Schedule and document issues in the problem management tool.
• Coordinate follow-up on outstanding issues and request permanent changes through the action log process.
• Train new and junior associates and act as a product-specific or procedural subject matter expert when the Team Lead is unavailable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and information-gathering skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to guide colleagues, work under time constraints, and adapt to changing work volumes.
• Ability to understand complex concepts and processes and follow issues through to resolution.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
