Team Lead Data Management (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead daily data management operations and ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreement commitments.
• Monitor team performance through daily huddles, dashboard reporting, production output tracking, and KPI reviews.
• Manage delivery timelines, project documentation, data retrieval, team allocations, and administrative compliance.
• Improve operational efficiency by analyzing processes, implementing control measures, and recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate training, refresher courses, assessments, calibration, and process updates with subject matter experts and local counterparts.
• Coach team members, handle issue escalations, participate in governance meetings, and support succession planning and team morale.

Requirements

• Experience leading day-to-day team operations and managing delivery timelines with teams and clients.
• Ability to understand and communicate methodologies, databases, processes, and procedures used to resolve client concerns.
• Ability to monitor production output, dashboards, team allocations, administrative work, and KPI performance.
• Ability to analyze processes and implement recommendations, operational controls, and corrective actions.
• Ability to conduct coaching, training, performance assessments, refresher courses, and behavior-correction sessions.
• Ability to comply with information security policies and processes.
• Willingness to work a night-shift schedule and in a hybrid setup.
