Packaging Engineering Data Analytics (Power BI)

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across regions to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for Packaging functions and regions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple enterprise sources.
• Build workflow automation solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across dashboards, reports, and automated processes.
• Provide training, documentation, and coaching to support adoption of self-service analytics and digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting, in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or digital solutions development.
• Strong technical expertise in dashboarding, data modeling, and process automation.
• Advanced Power BI proficiency, including dashboard design, DAX, and data modeling.
• SQL proficiency in query writing, optimization, data extraction, and transformation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Written and spoken English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Chinese Mandarin language skills.
• Python and AWS experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end dashboard and automation solutions with measurable business value.
• Experience integrating SAP, PLM, CRM, or other enterprise-system data into BI platforms.
• Experience structuring ambiguous problems, identifying data patterns, and producing actionable recommendations.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Interest in digital innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience collaborating with global or regional teams across different time zones.
