What you will do

• Complete assigned transaction evaluations and attend internal and external calibration sessions.
• Oversee performance and service quality to support customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with clients and team members, understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for management.
• Develop strategies based on data analysis, reports, and observations to improve business results.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in process transformation.
• Ability to work with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive ability to build trust and professional rapport with employees and team members.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally.
