Digital Marketing Intern (Marketing Communications)

Location: On-site in St. Paul, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $22–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Support global digital marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
• Analyze customer and stakeholder input to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities in customer experience projects.
• Integrate findings into project and continuous-improvement roadmaps.
• Partner with product management and marketing teams on actions supporting organic growth across global market segments.
• Collaborate with Digital CX teams and commercial groups to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent field.
• High proficiency with computer systems and tools.
• Experience using Canva and other content creation and graphic design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Ability to work on-site in St. Paul, Minnesota.

• Prior internship experience.
