2027 Marketing Intern - Client Experience (CRM)

Location: United States; principally in-person with flexibility determined with the supervisor and team.

Salary: $24.00–$27.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support firmwide client feedback and survey programs.
• Coordinate client experience projects with internal teams and external vendors.
• Collect, organize, and analyze client feedback data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare communications, resources, and instructions for client experience initiatives.
• Support client onboarding and experience improvement projects.
• Maintain CRM data integrity, support reporting, and track project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Completion of three years of study toward a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of and interest in content marketing and social media.
• Bilingual Japanese-English or Chinese-English skills may qualify for an exception to the sponsorship requirement.
