Marketing & Video Interns (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, US; in-office in San Francisco or remote within the United States

hirify.global is an independent research and analysis firm covering the semiconductor and AI industries through research, industry models, consulting, and technical due diligence.

What you will do

• Create and format short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Use AI tools for image, video, and audio production, developing precise prompts and iterating on outputs.
• Organize project files, asset libraries, naming conventions, and clip candidates for publication.
• Marketing & Design track: create social graphics and brand assets, manage the content calendar, proofread content, support PR, social publishing, events, and merchandise.
• Video Editing track: edit weekly podcasts, synchronize multicamera footage, clean audio, prepare captions and thumbnails, and assist with motion graphics.

Requirements

• Current student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or a similar editing platform.
• A portfolio containing design, video, or related creative work.
• Exceptional attention to detail with names, spelling, captions, figures, and brand consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication, reliability with deadlines, and ability to respond quickly to feedback.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential or unpublished material.

Nice to have

• AI prompting, podcast or interview editing, motion graphics, transcript-based editing, or captioning experience.
• Experience with Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Descript, Buffer, Hootsuite, Slack, Notion, Asana, Airtable, or Shopify.
• Experience with PR, communications, events, merchandise, on-location production, B2B media, research, newsletters, or financial services.
• Interest in semiconductors, AI, data centers, or financial markets.
