Legal Counsel (Healthcare)

Location: AU - HQ - NSW; hybrid working environment

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with business stakeholders.
• Provide legal and process support to Patient Support and Operations teams.
• Manage obligations arising from transaction documentation and support corporate structures.
• Manage corporate governance across APAC entities.
• Maintain internal legal guidance and provide clear, practical, solution-oriented advice.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners across the APAC business.

Requirements

• Law degree and Australian practising certificate required.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Commercial judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, responsive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with corporate governance, M&A, or commercial contracts in a growth context.
• Exposure to consumer, technology, or health law.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools.
