What you will do

• Support Merchant Financing initiatives across multiple markets through market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and business insights.
• Coordinate materials, timelines, and execution readiness for go-to-market campaigns, including interest-free promotions, whitelist expansion, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor business dashboards and reports covering penetration rate, disbursement volume, approval rate, open rate, CTR, and CVR.
• Identify performance trends and prepare weekly or monthly summaries.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Seller Education, Category, and Local Market teams on launches and daily operational coordination.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business management, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.
• Project management experience and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones in a flexible, fast-paced setting.
• English and Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency required for collaboration with global partners and Mandarin-speaking markets.
