Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and ship AI-native clinical workflows across the full stack, including personalised pre-briefs, drafted debriefs, and intelligent assessment tools.
• Develop clinician-in-the-loop systems that use clinical expertise to improve care and give clinicians more time with members.
• Contribute to the software powering the full Neko visit, from check-in and scanning through the doctor's conversation with the member.
• Spend time in clinics with clinicians and members, then translate observed needs into shipped product improvements.
• Lead complex, cross-functional delivery and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Full-stack engineering experience with the ability to deliver complex work end to end.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and the ability to explain and defend technical trade-offs.
• Experience shipping well-rated products with excellent customer experience and using customer conversations to inform product decisions.
• AI-first development experience, including agentic tools in daily workflows and AI or automation built into products.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Consumer B2C, B2B, or B2B2C product experience.
• Medtech, clinical, healthcare, or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with hardware, firmware integrations, or device ecosystems.
