Road Freight Agent (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate smooth and timely road freight and transcon shipment processes.
• Enter operational data accurately and maintain export transcon workflows.
• Track and trace transcon files, prepare reports, and support timely freight delivery and clearance.
• Arrange shipments with customers, respond to internal and external requests, and maintain service standards.
• Process accurate and timely customer and vendor billing.
• Maintain supplier relationships, follow standard operating procedures, meet KPIs, and escalate issues when required.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work within the United Kingdom.
• Basic knowledge of local regulatory compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of the global logistics industry.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to follow internal and external regulations with integrity and attention to detail.
