Warehouse Specialist, Logistics (Biotech)

hirify.global is developing an mRNA research, development, and manufacturing facility at Harwell to support vaccine production in the UK.

What you will do

• Receive inbound materials, verify documentation against purchase orders, and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate receipt, delivery, and quality documentation in Quality Management Systems.
• Pick, verify, label, store, and deliver materials to support continuous manufacturing operations.
• Process goods movements and maintain inventory accuracy through SAP, including daily cycle counts and expired-material segregation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and other site functions on shipments and material movements.
• Identify improvements to warehouse workflows, documentation, inventory visibility, and material traceability using SAP, Smartsheet, and approved emerging technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in GMP or GDP operations and a highly regulated, pharmaceutical, or related environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Proficiency with SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to lift and move products, work fixed shifts supporting 24/7 operations, and remain flexible as priorities change.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, customer-focused, and proactive approach to work.
