PMTS Technology Development (BEOL)

What you will do

• Lead development and qualification of BEOL process flows, recipes, devices, and structures for Power product platforms.
• Develop methods and procedures for device testing, process control, and inspection.
• Lead a technical team responsible for BEOL process and device development.
• Support advanced packaging development for Power IVR.
• Analyze defect reports and defective products, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Interact with internal and external customers and define the BEOL technology roadmap for the Power product line.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• More than 10 years of semiconductor manufacturing or R&D experience.
• Fluent English required in written and verbal communication.
• Experience developing semiconductor BEOL flows.
• Experience with technical management.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
